EMAIL

You may check your email online, or you may setup an email software program to send/retrieve mail for you. 
Note: Some settings have changed recently due to a web server upgrade so please visit the Check Email Online page for more information.

Every email software tool is a little different to setup.  You are responsible for understanding your email software.  Below is the basic information about your email accounts you will need to setup email using a software email program such as Mac Mail, Outlook or Outlook Express.

Type of email: POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.your-domain.com (ie. mail.johnswebsite.com)
Outgoing mail server: mail.your-domain.com (ie. mail.johnswebsite.com)
Account name: your full email address  (ie. john@johnswebsite.com)
Password: email password provided to you by WebsByMegan

Please note: Your OUTGOING MAIL SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION.  You will need to be sure that option is turned ON in your email software program.  In general it is a checkbox on the Servers page or a More Settings... page.
