
Launch Mail then click on file and preferences

On this screen you may have 1 or more accounts listed, if you
don't have any accounts listed
click on 'Create Account'. If you do have an account listed for Safe Access then
highlight that
account and click 'Edit'

Fill out the information stated below
Account type:
POP account
Description:
Safe Access
E-mail Address: your full email
address
Full Name:
(your own name)
Host name: mail.your-domain.com
(ie. mail.johnswebsite.com)
User name: your full email
address (ie. john@johnswebsite.com)
Password:
(password for this e-mail account provided by WebsByMegan)
SMTP Host: mail.your-domain.com
(ie. mail.johnswebsite.com)
Check
the box for 'Use authentication when sending
mail'
SMTP User: your full email
address (ie. john@johnswebsite.com)
SMTP Password:
(password for this e-mail account provided by WebsByMegan)

Once these settings have been put in correctly, press OK then
close the mail preferences window.
